Instructional Delivery Selection Form Good afternoon BridgePrep families, In preparation for reopening for the 2020-2021 school year we are requesting you to complete the BridgePrep Academy Instructional Model Delivery Selection Form. The form will outline the instructional delivery model options available based on the reopening phase the county is in. The deadline to submit the form is Friday, July 24th. A form must be submitted for each child enrolled at the school.
